We hold our sessions over video call. In the first session I get to know you and your goals, then I prepare your personalized nutrition program. You access the program digitally and send your questions and updates over WhatsApp. You can join from anywhere in Türkiye or abroad.
The first session lasts about 45-60 minutes. We talk in detail about your health history, lifestyle, eating habits and goals, and review any existing lab results if needed. By the end, we map out the roadmap that fits you best — together.
We usually meet for a follow-up once a week. In these sessions we assess your progress and update the program to match your needs. Between sessions you also get WhatsApp support, so you’re never on your own.
I offer monthly and longer-term packages; longer packages lower the cost per session. Because the process is fully personalized, we choose the package that suits you best in the first session. Message me for current package details.
It’s suitable for anyone who wants to lose or gain weight, athletes, pregnancy and lactation, children and adolescents, vegan/vegetarian nutrition, or those managing specific conditions (such as insulin resistance, thyroid issues or digestive concerns). Every program is fully individual.
Healthy, lasting change takes time. Most of my clients notice improvements in energy, digestion and sleep within the first few weeks; reaching measurable goals depends on you and your target. We aim for sustainable results, not quick fixes.
Between sessions you can ask the questions on your mind, get help choosing meals when eating out, or request quick guidance during your day — all over WhatsApp. I reply as soon as possible during working hours.
Of course. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. This keeps the program efficient for both you and other clients.
