Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by the data controller as summarized below. This notice explains what data is processed, for which purposes, and your rights.

1. Data Controller

2. Data Processed

In connection with nutrition and dietitian services, the following categories may be processed: identity and contact details; special-category health data (height, weight, body composition, lab results, chronic conditions, allergies, medication, pregnancy/lactation status) used solely to personalize your nutrition plan; lifestyle and dietary habits; and appointment, payment and website usage data.

Health data is special-category data under KVKK and is processed only as required for the service and on the basis of your explicit consent.

3. Purposes

Data is processed to prepare and follow up personalized nutrition programs, manage communication and appointments, fulfil the service and legal obligations, and improve service quality.

4. Your Rights (Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed and request information; learn the purpose of processing; know third parties to whom data is transferred; request correction, deletion or destruction; object to results arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

5. Requests

You may submit requests regarding your rights to dyt.ozlemmansuroglu@gmail.com. Requests are resolved within the periods set out in KVKK.
